Ping Pong Pool Party by Red Paper Heart
Water isn’t known to be the greatest projection surface for obvious reasons, but if you introduce 65,000 ping pong balls into the equation you create a rather immersive interactive experience. The animations which are projected on the pools surface react and move in time with the music and the noises of the environment. Pool parties are notorious for having more people standing than swimming, so giving party goers the ability to swim through animations definitely made the pool more inviting. I’ve embedded a video below which shows the animations in action.
